DMD Diamond Blockchain Updates — March 2026

Another month of active development has come to a close. Here are the developments that took place on the blockchain in March 2026 👇

▶️ The DMDv4 mainnet keeps being stable and operational. All thanks to all validators and delegate stakers on the network. We are not relenting on our multichain integration. Axelar integration remains in progress, and now nearing conclusion for a second cross-bridge solution to ensure network resilience. Furthermore, on-chain DEX functionality and stablecoin pairing strategy are also on our roadmap.

▶️ The DMD Diamond YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@DMDDiamondAssociation) is live, and we aim to fill it with content that actually matters to you – in terms of your biggest questions, usability pain points, or technical curiosities around the blockchain. You can reach out to us in the community chat groups if you need an Explainer video on any curiosity around the blockchain.

▶️ We currently have our version of the open-ethereum node wiki – https://dmdcoin.github.io/diamond-node.github.io/. All hands remain on deck to expand it in the DMD diamond-node specific contents.

▶️ If anyone wants to monitor their service nodes and get notified if anything changes regarding stakes, scores or connectivity reports, we have created a small Telegram bot for that – https://t.me/dmd_chain_bot. Also, delegate stakers who want to see how the validator they staked on top performs can utilize it, see what is happening and how the stake on that validator grows each epoch it is part of active set.

▶️ We are preparing a Wikipedia page for the DMD Diamond. This is to ensure more visibility and awareness. We are eager to have more crypto-affine and blockchain-centric audiences knowing about our Layer-1 DMD Diamond.

▶️ The DMD Diamond grant program is still active! It aims to support the development of new decentralized applications (dApps) and tools on top of our ecosystem. The initiative seeks to expand the DMD Diamond ecosystem through projects in DeFi, GameFi, NFTs, and other areas.

Teams with creative and practical solutions can receive funding of up to $5,000, and the best project will be awarded a full validator node with 10,000 DMD. ▶️ Please stay informed about the v4 airdrop claiming timeline for DMDv4 coins (swapped in a 1:1 manner with preexisting v3 snapshot coin balances):

👉 The first 3 months for 100% v4 airdrop claim for v4 coins has ended (DMDv4 mainnet launch date of Oct 13th, 2025 – January 13th, 2026)

👉 Months 3–6: 75% claim (which now extends from January 13th, 2026 – April 13th, 2026)

👉 Months 6–60: 50% claim

👉 After 60 months: 0% claim

Note: When interacting with your DMDv3 wallet, ensure that an “I” signature is generated. Copy the signature and the message that generated it exactly—without additional spaces, tabs, or characters—into the claiming UI to claim your v4 coins successfully.
